RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. if for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
items must be returned within 4 days of receiving your order.
items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and labels attached.
items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
returns or exchanges are not applicable for accessories, undergarments, swimwear, or customized items, unless defective.
Return Order
Note: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 7 days after.
Return & Exchange Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipment.
For exchanges, we will send the replacement item once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable for defective or incorrect items if a replacement is not available.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be released via bank transfer to the customer's account.
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
Items returned without prior confirmation from our Customer Service will not be accepted.
