overseas (singapore & malaysia): rayspeed

domestic orders:

• by jne: please allow 3 – 6 working days for domestic shipping (within indonesia), depending on the destination. more remote cities may require a longer shipping time. please allow 3 - 4 hours for jabodetabek area, and 2 - 3 days in the same island
• lalamov: please allow 3 - 4 hours for jabodetabek area, and 2 - 3 days in the same island
• gosend & grab instant: will arrived 1-3 hours after the package is picked up by the courrier. orders / pick up placed after 7:00 pm wib will be processed for pickup and delivery on the following day.
• gosend & grab sameday: will arrived 8 hours after the package is picked up by the courrier. orders / pick up placed after 2:00 pm wib will be processed for pickup and delivery on the following day.

international orders: please allow 5 – 15 working days for international shipping (only for singapore & malaysia).

when placing your order on www.iamarchives.com, please note that your order will be processed during our operational hours as detailed below:

• monday to saturday: 9 am to 4 pm
• sunday: closed (any orders received on sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.)

we will perform a quality control check on your merchandise and pack your order within 24 hours after we confirm your payment during our operational hours. you will receive a confirmation email or a whatsapp message from iam customer service once your order has been dispatched, along with the tracking information.

orders can only be delivered once the full payment has been received and confirmed.

shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order. if the accumulated weight exceeds 1 (one) kg, an additional kg will be added to the shipping fee

once your order has been shipped via jne (domestic) or rayspeed (international), you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. you can also find your tracking information by logging into your account and viewing your orders.
